Mediation Services
The hourly rate is divided evenly among the parties unless the parties agree to divide the hourly rate otherwise. There is a minimum of a 2-hour mediation fee ($500) for all mediations. Mediation typically last between 4 and 8 hours. Payment is due in full at the end of mediation.
*The hourly rate will be $250 divided equally between the parties with a 2-hour minimum of $500.
** Effective May 1, 2026, the hourly rate for mediation will be increasing to $280 per hour.
There is an early cancellation fee of 2 hours ($360) if the mediation is cancelled less than seven days prior to the scheduled mediation date and if the mediation is not rescheduled with Choice Legal Services.
